Privacy Policy

Trio Systems LLC collects a variety of personal and company information in the normal course of business. This includes:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Postal addresses
  • Purchases

Trio Systems LLC will use this information for sales and support of it's own products. Trio Systems LLC will not provide this information to 3rd parties, except under the following circumstances:

  1. At the customers request.
  2. With customers permission.
  3. By order of a judge or legislative body.
  4. On demand of any governmental authority authorized to investigate the commission of a crime involving any customer.
  5. For use by any Joint Venture partner of Trio Systems LLC, and only for the purposes of sales and support of any product or service of the Joint Venture.
  6. With sale of all or substantially all rights of any Trio Systems LLC product to a 3rd Party. In this event, all sales information pertaining to that product line would be provided to the purchasing party.


SoniClear Return Policy

SoniClear products are provided on a Try-and-Buy basis using Trial or Evaluation versions of the software. You may download the program and then purchase a license for the software by phone, mail, or fax order. Returns may be made within 30 days.

To return the software for a refund:

  1. Destroy all copies of the sofware you have made.
  2. Write a letter requesting your refund and include in the letter (a) a statement that you have destroyed all copies of the software, and (b) a brief description of why you wish to receive a refund (so that we may improve our product offering in the future).
  3. Send the refund request letter, along with copies of your sales receipt, to Trio Systems LLC (by fax or mail).

This right to return SoniClear and other rights with respect to the SoniClear software are determined by the terms and conditions of the SoniClear license, as provided with the software. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable, do not install the software.


Hardware Return Policy

All microphone and related hardware packages purchased from Trio Systems LLC may be returned for a refund for any reason, provided the entire package of purchased equipment is returned in new condition within 30 days from the date the order is placed. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges.


C-Index/II Return Policy

If for any reason you find that C-Index/II does not meet your needs Trio Systems LLC will refund the full purchase price of purchases made directly from us, provide that:

  1. You have not distributed software which incorporates C-Index/II.
  2. You erase all copies of the C-Index/II software made from the returned product from all computers and backup media.
  3. You return the product to us within 30 days of your purchase, with all supplied documentation in new condition.

Refunds do not include separately identified shipping or handling fees. For orders made using a credit card, refunds may be delayed by the processing time involved with the credit card company (consult your credit card issuer for details). For orders made using checks, all refund checks will be delayed until the original check clears the bank. For orders made by purchase order, if the purchase order has not been paid, the related invoice will be canceled by letter to the Accounts Payable department of your company.
