Trio Systems provides telephone, fax, and email technical support on an hourly, as-available consulting basis. During the first 60 days after obtaining an initial C-Index/II license, one hour of support will be provided free of charge to answer questions about installation, porting, or usage of C-Index/II.
After the initial free consulting period, assistance is provided at the rate of $100 per hour, billed in 6 minute intervals. This may be paid using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. With approval, consulting may be paid using a valid company purchase order (minimum of one hour, payment due net 30).
In the event that consulting time is used to locate a previously unknown defect in C-Index/II, any fees which have been charged for locating the defect will be refunded.
