Licensing
 C-Index/II is licensed to the developer on a per-programmer basis. The product contains a shrinkwrap license for evaluation purposes, and an additional Object Code Distribution License provides for the distribution of your application. You must sign and return the Distribution License prior to distribution of any application which contains C-Index/II. The terms of the Distribution License allow royalty-free distribution under the specified conditions. There are a number of limitations to that royalty-free provision. For example, applications containing C-Index/II may not contain an interface that would allow any user of the application to do software development without having obtained a license from Trio Systems.
Please have your attorney review the Object Code Distribution License for details. The terms of the Object Code Distribution License governs a licensees rights and nothing contained within this website shall alter the terms of the fully executed Object Code Distribution License. Nothing in this website shall constitute an offer to grant a license, the grant of a license or conferring any rights whatsoever.
Special licensing arrangements may be available for using C-Index/II in applications which are not allowed under the standard Object Code Distribution License. Contact Trio Systems LLC for more details.
Pricing
The license fee for the first programmer license is $695. This includes full source code, documentation, and one year of the Annual Subscription update service. Each additional programmer license is $345. Renewal of the Annual Subscription is priced at $150 for the first license and $100 for each additional license. All prices are subject to change without notice.
How To Order
C-Index/II is available directly from Trio Systems LLC. Payment may be with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), cash in advance, or COD. Purchase orders are accepted from major corporations on approved credit.
Orders are shipped by UPS 3 Day Select at no additional charge. Contact us regarding prices for expedited and international shipping.
We are certain that you will be pleased with C-Index/II. However, if for any reason you find that it does not meet your needs, simply erase all copies of the software and return the product to us withing 30 days of your purchase. We will give a full refund of the purchase price if the product is returned within 30 days. Refunds do not include shipping. Consult the Trio Systems LLC Policy Page for details.
